Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for enterprise clients adapting to 2026 digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Produce trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026's biggest challenges
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for C-level audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills

- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFIP) preferred
