Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-cultural shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for executive audiences
- Advain on organizational adaptation strategies for disruptive technological convergence
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics and scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to present complex futures to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level future strategy implementations
