Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for emerging consumer behaviors and industrial revolutions
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate breakthrough startups into our innovation pipeline
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across North America, Asia, and EU markets
- Published author or recognized authority in innovation strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight software tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Palisade @Risk)
