Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author quarterly future-readiness reports for investors and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of successful tech commercialization (3+ products)
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and convergence patterns
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
