Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier industry publications
- Curate and host executive foresight workshops with C-level stakeholders
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and domain specialists
- Quantify market potential of emerging trends through financial modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
