Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Build partnerships with research institutions and thought leaders
- Document innovation roadmaps and track progress against KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in innovation tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
