Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for senior leadership teams
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future scenarios
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or trend analysis roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Published thought leadership in reputable journals or platforms
