Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Produce strategic briefings for C-suite executives and board members on emerging tech disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design and launch proof-of-concept projects in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or patented innovations
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
