Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethical AI, and human-centric design principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Deliver executive briefings and publish thought leadership in industry journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
