- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline and track market disruption indicators
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to investors and board members
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking global innovation trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant domain expertise
