Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and investment strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate prototype solutions addressing future human needs
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
