Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational culture, positioning FutureWorks as the epicenter of tomorrow's breakthroughs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal megatrends to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for innovation pipelines, balancing disruption with market viability
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused strategies into quarterly business cycles
- Lead global foresight workshops with stakeholders, translating complex futures into actionable frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications and present at premier innovation conferences worldwide
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and competitive landscape analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Proven ability to influence executive decisions through data-driven future narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF) strongly preferred
