Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, sociocultural shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for enterprise resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing products/services
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technology adoption patterns
- Curate partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Document innovation frameworks in accessible knowledge repositories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy (required)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Strong data visualization and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
