Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and identify first-mover opportunities
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and emerging tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
