Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype breakthrough solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify innovation ROI through scenario modeling and impact assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
