Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps and product development pipelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership on disruptive technologies and societal transformation
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to signal future paradigms
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and simulation scenarios
- Advolve leadership teams on emerging risks and strategic pivots for 2026+ competitive landscapes
- Curate annual Future Forward Summit showcasing breakthrough technologies and human-centric innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into executive-level narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field preferred
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFM from APF) or innovation methodologies strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable business impact
- Fluency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis, computational modeling)
