Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market shifts to develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps
- Lead workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum applications, neural interfaces)
- Partner with R&D to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- File patents for breakthrough methodologies and technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
