Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive leadership
- Build scenario-planning models for 2026 market transformations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author annual foresight reports distributed to industry partners
- Advise on venture investments in frontier technologies
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., SFM, Delphi)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
