Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, space tech, and climate tech sectors
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technology disruptions
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit featuring industry pioneers and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership within tech or biotech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising governments or Fortune 500 on long-term technology strategy
