Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at major conferences
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
