Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design immersive foresight workshops to align stakeholders on future trajectories
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Innovation Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
