- Establish KPI frameworks for future readiness and innovation velocity

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
