Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, IoT, quantum systems)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and disruptive startups
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into business objectives
- Present visionary frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for innovation strategy
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS experience
- Proven track record in launching scalable tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading global remote teams across 3+ time zones
