As a key member of our Executive Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global partners to shape our 2026 technology portfolio. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) into enterprise roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, research labs, and startup ecosystems
- Author annual Future Technology Outlook reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
