Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates future market shifts.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor, evaluate, and forecast emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum, Neurotech, 6G) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, fostering a culture of forward-thinking and R&D excellence.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for the C-Suite and board members.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor technology stacks and patent landscapes.
- Stakeholder Management: Present the 2026 vision to investors, partners, and internal teams with clarity and persuasive power.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic, R&D, or innovation leadership role within the tech industry.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of identifying long-term trends and translating them into tangible business value.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, and cloud architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale strategic projects.
