Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmap integrating quantum, AI, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop ROI models for futuristic tech investments including TCO and strategic alignment
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/Web3/sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
