Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling tech ecosystems post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Certification in futures forecasting or technology foresight methodologies
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
