- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, blockchain) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for future tech domains
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development and testing
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic impact and ROI of innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or strategic planning preferred
