Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact innovation opportunities
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps with clear KPIs and resource allocation plans
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
