Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to develop 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technology solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI, and blockchain pioneers
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and governance
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation practices
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption pathways
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Experience leading $50M+ technology transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight organizations)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong network with technology innovation labs and research institutions
