Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 firms
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic systems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (WFS or CFS)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, Julia)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
