Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience managing distributed global teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscape for emerging tech
