Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Experience with quantum computing or generative AI ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Security clearance or ability to obtain (for federal projects)
