Responsibilities
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused solutions into current development cycles
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology frameworks and innovation methodologies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized AI, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS) or emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
