Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CISM) or emerging tech fields
