- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and automation strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready features in current products
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline with rigorous ROI and impact assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong background in sustainability tech or circular economy principles
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
