Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging 2026 industry trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Analyze quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence for strategic investment decisions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with P&L oversight
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and strategic management frameworks
