Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven $50M+ budget management experience
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Security clearance (active or eligible)
- Experience scaling tech from prototype to enterprise deployment
