Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) with market impact potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate adoption risks
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future technology landscapes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups in emerging tech domains
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business value
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Strong presentation abilities for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental technology strategy projects
