- Develop and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market disruption

- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state goals

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Foresight Institute)
