- Manage portfolio of 15+ innovation projects with 30% annual success rate
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build patent pipeline targeting 2026-2028 technological breakthroughs
- Mentor 5-person futurist team on forecasting methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through investor presentations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers on AI or biotechnology
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted innovations
- Experience managing $50M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
