Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AI ethics)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge innovation
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and competitive landscape shifts
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation proposals to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product development lifecycles
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies through internal innovation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record architecting and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption analysis methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, academia, Fortune 500)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
