Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an ecosystem of technology partners and research institutions
- Author thought leadership on technology evolution and disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on tech strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, FTI) preferred
