- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech solutions into product roadmaps
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling business cases and ROI projections
- Pioneer industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech giants for collaborative R&D
- Present strategic technology forecasts to board members and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation units
