- Partner with VPs to align innovation investments with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation analysts
- Author whitepapers on technology ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ year vision cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
