Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead scenario planning and risk assessment for technological disruption
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current portfolios
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
