Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to define 2026+ innovation strategies
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology ROI and adoption impact
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, blockchain, IoT, or quantum tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience scaling teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
