- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Champion ethical tech adoption and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products/services in emerging markets
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in venture capital or corporate development
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces)
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
