Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation incubators and pilot programs with 20+ cross-functional teams
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present tech forecasts to investors and board members securing $10M+ funding
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing architectures and protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience scaling teams across 3+ international markets
- Strong network of VCs and tech ecosystem influencers
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
