- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing) and assess commercial viability
- Architect cross-functional innovation pipelines bridging R&D, product, and market teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage measurement
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis and resource optimization
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to global deployment
